At ZENOVA, we carefully process and prepare each order before shipment. Please read our shipping policy before placing an order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
This processing time includes order confirmation, product preparation, quality checking, packing, and handover to our shipping partner.
During holidays, sales periods, or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Origin
Our products may be shipped from China or from our international fulfillment partners.
Because some orders are shipped internationally, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, local carrier handling, and other factors outside our control.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
United States: 7–15 business days
United Kingdom: 8–18 business days
European Union: 8–18 business days
Canada / Australia: 10–20 business days
Other countries or regions: 10–25 business days

The total estimated time from order placement to delivery usually includes:

In most cases, customers can expect to receive their order within approximately 10–23 business days.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after the tracking number is issued. In some cases, tracking may not update immediately while the package is in transit between countries.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
ZENOVA is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees depending on the destination country.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.
Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspections, holidays, weather, carrier delays, incorrect address information, or other factors outside our control.
If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help check the shipping status.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number.
We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, front desk, mailbox, or delivery area.
If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase if the order has not yet been processed.
Once an order has been processed, packed, handed over to our shipping partner, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
